Switch off the device at the on/off switch (5) if you do not expect to need hot
melt adhesive for more than 20 - 25 minutes.
The hot melt adhesive can remain in the unit and be melted again when
reused.

Replacing the nozzle

Special nozzles are available for special jobs.
To replace the nozzle, the device must be warm but disconnected from the
mains.
1. Hold the device in place with heat protection gloves.
2. Remove the protective cap (7).
3. Unscrew the nozzle (1) and do not pull the trigger.
4. Screw the replacement nozzle on tightly.
5. Replace the protective cap (7).
5 Maintenance
The device is maintenance free, except for the nozzle. The nozzle should be
replaced as necessary (e. g. in case of heavy dripping).
6 Repairs
Repairs may only be carried out by qualified electricians. A safety check must
be carried out subsequently.
For your safety, use our time- and cost-efficient replacement service.
7 Accessories
Various nozzles are available for operating the glue gun. Please contact your
dealer or technical advisor for more information.
8 Warranty
The device was developed and manufactured according to the latest state
of technology. First-time purchasers receive warranty on function, material,
and processing according to statutory regulations. Normal wear and tear is
excludedd.
The warranty is void if improper handling, use of force, third-party repairs and
installation of spare parts other than the original has been determined.
The warranty extends to servicing or replacing according to our choice.
Warranty beyond our scope of delivery is excluded, as we do not have any
influence on the competent and expert use of the device.
