Notes on safe operation
To avoid functional disruptions and faulty operation, com-
ply exactly with the following notes at all times:
• The heated device must be placed on the stand (2). Do
not place it on its side.
• Never use the trigger (3) with force.
• Comply with the processing data sheet of the hot melt
adhesive (protection against processing errors).
• When working upside down, watch out for possible drips
to avoid burns to personnel or work items.
• Always disconnect the mains plug before carrying out
any work on the device (maintenance, cleaning).
• The device may only be operated at outlets with a pro-
tective earth conductor.
• Any extension cable used must have a protective earth
conductor. Before use, ensure that the extension cable
is intact.

Danger of burns!
The nozzle (1) and melted adhesive can reach tempe-
ratures over 200 °C. Always wear thermal-protective
gloves when working with the device.
Annoying odour!
Repair sticks emit vapours that can have an annoying
odorous effect. Therefore, ensure adequate ventila-
tion.
In case of improper processing, occasional irritation of
the mucous membranes may occur. Consult your doc-
tor immediately!
