However, if an extension cord must be used, it should be rated at least 1875 watts
with a minimum size of No. 14 AWG.

tower toward you to open the spigot and dispense wine. Condensation on the tap and
spigot is normal.
NOTE: If the wine does not dispense, check the previous sections on the regulator
connection and tapping the keg.
If your wine is running too slowly, carefully adjust the pressure on the regulator.

Normal operating pressure is 5-7 psi. DO NOT EXCEED 12 PSI.
The control panel is located just above the door, and looks like this:

NOTE: This unit is designed to store and serve white and rosé wines.
You can set your desired storage temperature. (White wines are generally served at
approximately 45°F.)
The display module shows the set temperature, and the temperature-controlled range
varies from 32 to 50F (0 to 10C). Adjust the DOWN or UP button on the control panel
until the display module shows the storage temperature you desire.
You can switch between a Celsius and Fahrenheit temperature display by pressing the
F/C button. When the displayed temperature is in Celsius, the "C" symbol will be
illuminated; with a Fahrenheit display, "F" will be illuminated.
Press the Deep Chill button to enter the Rapid Cooling state. The "rapid cooling" icon on
the display module will light and the temperature display will read "00". After entering the
Rapid Cooling mode, the appliance will work continuously for 24 hours and the icon will
remain lit. After that time, the icon will turn off and the appliance will return to its former
state.
