Thank you for buying the HAMPAG! Please read the manual thoroughly before bringing this device into service. If the
device was damaged in transit, don't install or use it and contact your dealer.
The HAMPAG is a waterproof alarm system with built-in transmitter for digital transmission to a pager. It is easy to
connect with low current consumption. Thanks to the built-in omnidirectional gold-plated shock and movement sensor,
you will be warned when your motorcycle is lifted up or moved.
2. Wire Connection
Red: +12V
Black: GND
Blue: +12V after contact (+15V)
3. Connection and Operation
1. Connect the red wire to the +12V of the battery.
2. Connect the black wire to a proper ground. The display on the pager will now show "00000". The system is in OFF
mode.
3. Connect the blue wire to the +12V after contact.
4. When the ignition key is in the OFF position (simulation possible when holding the blue wire to the ground), the
display on the pager will show "11111" after 30 seconds. The alarm system is in watch position. The HAMPAG
will detect and transmit every shock or lift-up to the pager.
5. The display on the pager will show "[UUU]" ("urgent") and will start bleeping and vibrating.
6. When the ignition key is in the ON position, the display on the pager will show "00000". The HAMPAG is switched
OFF.
4. Pager
a. Battery
• Turn off the pager.
• Remove the battery lid.
• Replace the old battery with a new AAA-type battery. Mind the polarity.
