Calculating the capacity required:
The capacity is determined on the basis of the calcu-
lated quantity of gold electrolyte and the brightener
additive required (4 ml per contact). The amounts
stated must be treated as minimum capacities, even if
the required amount of gold electrolyte is less!
Provided that the capacity is adequate, always use the
larger beaker. The number of crown copings given in
brackets for the 250 ml beaker therefore refers only to
those capacities which cannot be used in the 600 ml
beaker.
