Step 5
Attach the right supporting tube for movable
handlebar (12R) to the right bracket for pedal
(32R) with waved washers (59), flat washers
(8), plastic washers (41) and bolts (40).
Then mount the covers for universal joint
(74A&74B) on the right bracket for pedal (32R)
with screws (63) and bolts (100) as shown in
fig.5-1.
Fix the right supporting tube for movable
handlebar (12R) on the right movable hand-
lebar (52R) with the curved washers (6), the
spring washers (7) and the Allen bolts (9) as
shown in fig. 5-2.
Fix the left supporting tube for movable
handlebar (12L) on the left bracket for pedal
(32L) with the waved washers (59), the flat
washers (8), the plastic washers (41) and the
bolts (40).Then mount the covers for universal
joint (74A&74B)on the left bracket for pedal
(32L) with the screws (63) and the bolts (100)
as shown in fig.5-3.
Fix the left supporting tube for movable
handlebar (12L) on the left movable hand-
lebar (52L) with the curved washers (6), the
spring washers (7) and the Allen bolts (9) as
shown in fig. 5-4.
Step 6
Fix the bottle holder (112) on the handlebar
post (10) with the bolts (111).
Attach the covers (16A&16B) for left handle-
bar on the movable handlebars (52L) with the
screws (46) as shown in fig. 6-1.
Fix the covers (17A&17B) for right handlebar
on the movable handlebars (52R) with the
screws (46) as shown in fig. 6-2.
