The charging time depends on where the unit is fi tted. Place in direct
sunlight where possible. The unit will take much longer to charge in
winter or on rainy days.
If necessary, you can install the solar and LED panels separately for
maximum effectiveness.
• LED lamp: In the location where you need the light.
• Solar panel: In a location that receives the maximum amount of
direct sunlight.
Use only the solar module supplied. This is suitable for the output of
the light and the batteries. Using a different module to that supplies
may cause injury, or damage to the lamp, and the guarantee will be
invalidated.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
The two lamp heads can be individually adjusted up and down and left
and right. (Fig 5)

Turn the motion detector towards the area you wish it to cover. When
the two lines are one above the other, the sensor is pointing straight
forward. You can also turn it about 45° to the left or right. (Fig 6) The
sensor's maximum coverage at a distance of 9 metres is 130°.
The controls (TIME, SENS and LUX) are on the back of the motion
sensor. To adjust these, turn the sensor clockwise until they become
visible. (Fig 7)

The TIME knob determines how long the lamp stays on when it detects
motion. (Fig 8) If you turn it fully to the left (-), the lamp will stay on
for about 10 seconds. If you turn it fully to the right (+), the lamp will
stay on for about 60 seconds.
Use the SENS knob to control the sensor's range. (Fig 9) If you turn it
fully to the left (-), the range will be about 30 centimetres. If you turn
it fully to the right (+), the range will be about 9 metres.
