FITTING THE SOLAR MODULE
The solar panel converts the sun's radiant energy into electricity. You
should therefore fi t the module in a place where it will get as much
direct sunlight as possible. Ideally, the solar panel should face south.
In central Europe, we recommend an angle of about 30° to 40°. Avoid
shade of any kind. Use the enclosed screws and rawlplugs to fi x the
module to a fi rm surface, such as masonry, and point it in the desired
direction.
Fit the cable of the solar cell to the lamp and connect the cable to the
light and the panel via a plug and socket. Use only the cable supplied,
do not shorten it, and avoid damaged during installation.
