Clean the filter with warm, soapy water. Rinse and let the filter dry before replacing it. Do not
·
wash the filter in a dishwasher.
Note: When re-installing the filter, please pat the middle buckles of the filter first and then pat the
bottom buckle.
Insert the filter into the unit, then press the tab in on the filter slightly and push the
·
filter upwards.
CAUTION
DO NOT operate the dehumidifier without a filter because dirt and lint will clog it and reduce
performance.
Note: The front of the appliance and the deposit can be dusted with an oil-free cloth or washed with
a cloth dampened in a warm water and mild liquid dishwashing detergent solution. Rinse
thoroughly and wipe it dry. Never use harsh cleansers, wax or polish. Be sure to wring excess water
from the cloth before wiping around the controls. Excess water in or around the controls may cause
damage to the unit.
When not using the unit for long time periods
· After turning off the unit, wait one day before emptying the water tank.
· Clean the main unit, water tank and air filter.
· Wrap the cord and bundle it with the band.
· Cover the unit with a plastic bag.
· Store the unit upright in a dry, well-ventilated place.
Note: You should lose the screw on the cover of the tank before
cleaning it and then install it right back.
