1. POWER LED
This LED is lit as long as the KHV-
111MKII is switched on and
ready for use.
2. POWER: mains switch
Use this switch to turn the head-
phone amplifier on and off.
When switched off the device is
internally separated from the
mains power.
3. LEFT, RIGHT: Volume
Controls and Balance
These knobs control the left and
right channel Volume of the
headphones separately.
6. IN: connectors for the
music source
You have the choice of making a
connection to either the stereo
audio source itself (CD player,
tuner etc.) or the recording out-
put (REC OUT) of an amplifier.
7. Out
a.) Direct Out:
direct output to be connected to
the source-input of your amplifier.
b.) Tube Out:
output which is going through
the tube of KHV-111 MK II to be
connected to your amplifier, so
that warm tube sound can also
be heard through your amplifier.
Only Direct Out or Tube out to be
connected with your amplifier !

5. PHONES: headphone socket
The jack plug of your headphone must be connected to this socket. The
used headphone must have an electrical impedance of 32 – 600 Ω.

8. Power Connector with Fuse holder
To establish the power supply, connect the plugs of the power cable
to the device and to a suitable wall outlet. The small plastic housing
holds the fuse. Refer to the security precautions.
