UTILIZZO
AVVIAMENTO. NOTA: prima di iniziare il lavoro sincerarsi che la punta sia serrata esattamente nel centro. Premere la
leva come in fig.3 e mantenere premuto per tutto il tempo di foratura. Rilasciando la leva il motore si ferma.
MONTAGGIO PUNTA
ERG966M-988M. Sono dotati di mandrino autoserrante; per montare la punta si deve (fig.3):
 Ruotare nel verso della freccia il corpo del mandrino fino ad ottenere la sufficiente apertura delle griffe.
 Innestare il gambo della punta nel mandrino.
 Ruotare nel verso opposto il corpo del mandrino e stringere con forza per bloccare la punta.
ERGON911M. Dotato di mandrino a chiave; per montare la punta si deve (fig.4):
 Innestare la chiave del mandrino in uno dei fori del mandrino stesso e ruotare nel verso della freccia fino ad ottenere la
sufficiente apertura delle griffe.
 Innestare il gambo della punta nel mandrino.
 Innestare la chiave del mandrino successivamente in tutti e tre i fori e stringere di volta in volta con forza.
ERG905P-966P-988P. Sono dotati di pinza di serraggio; per montare la punta si deve (fig.5):
Inserire la chiave (1) e bloccare l'albero dell'utensile; svitare il dado stringipinza (A) ruotando in senso antiorario la chiave
(2); inserire la pinza elastica del diametro desiderato nell'apposita sede; inserire la punta nella pinza; riavvitare il dado
stringipinza e serrarlo come indicato in figura.

USE
STARTING THE TOOL. N.B.: before starting your work, make sure the drill is properly fixed at the centre of the chuck.
Press the lever as shown in fig.3 and hold it down to enable drilling. By releasing the lever, the motor will stop.
MOUNTING A DRILL
ERG966M-988M. Are equipped with a keyless chuck; assemble the drill in the following way (fig.3):
 Turn the chuck in the direction indicated by the arrow until the jaws are sufficiently opened.
 Insert the stem of the drill in the chuck.
 Turn the chuck in the opposite direction and tighten firmly to lock the drill in place.
ERGON911M. Equipped with a key chuck; assemble the drill in the following way (fig.4):
 Insert the key in one of the bores on the chuck and turn in the direction indicated by the arrow until the jaws are
sufficiently opened.
 Insert the stem of the drill in the chuck.
 Now insert the key of the chuck in each of three bores and tighten equally.
ERG955P-966P-988P. Are equipped with collet. To fit the tip, proceed as follows (fig.5):
Fit the key (1) the shaft of the tool; unscrew the collet holding nut (A) by turning the key (2) counterclockwise; fit the elastic
collet of the required diameter into the housing; fit the tip into the collet and screw back the collet holding nut and tighten
as shown in the figure.
