malfunction, ignition
malfunction, valves stuck,
etc.
In cold condition

Refuel
Drain the fuel tank and
carburetor. Refuel with fresh
gasoline.
Replace the spark plug.
Dry and reinstall spark plug.
Replace or repair faulty
components as necessary.
