M6 Fastening the clamping plates Fig. 6.2
Fasten the clamping attachments of the right and left
drive unit with given force.
Ensure that the distance between the drive rollers and
the tyres has not changed and is still 15-20 mm (Fig.
8.2).
M7 Installation of stabiliser rods, Fig. 4 to 5
Pull the small shrink sleeve onto the end (without hole)
of the small synchronisation rod. It is used to dampen
the noise.
Slide the telescopic synchronisation rods into each
other (Fig. 5). The attachment holes must be on the
outside. Fasten the holder to support the synchronisa-
tion rod, preferably at the centre of the stabiliser (Fig.
5).
Push the synchronisation rod through the holder and
fasten the small rod with the screw and nut provided to
the spindle (Fig. 4). Slide the second shrink sleeve onto
the large rod at the level of the holder and fasten it to
the other spindle.

Please check at the end of the process that all screws
have been fasted and that no part was forgotten!
