The vacuum cleaner cannot - on technical grounds -
remove the grinding dust from under the discs. It will l
always remove the fine dust.

Mounting or changing the paper bags of the vacuum unit Micropac
Paper bags are used for the vacuum unit Micropac.
Replacement paper bags, 20 pcs. p.u., Item-No. 013498
release the 2 snap fasteners (B) and remove lid (C) of
vacuum unit
ensure inner cloth filter is clean
ensure rubber moulding (D) is firmly fitted around top rim of
container
gently open out new dust bag and place in vacuum container,
slide flange (A) of dust bag over inlet spigot (E) until secure.
replace and secure lid with 2 snap fasteners
To facilitate the removal of a full dust bag, tube (E) may be with-
drawn from vacuum unit container having firstly removed elbow
connector (F).
Operation with vacuum cleaner

To clean the floor use a industrial cylinder vacuum cleaner.
Check condition of dust bag and replace if full or split
Switch on by pressing the rocker at the bottom of the vac

Then switch on the grinding machine
Attention! For dry use only! Do not use the vacuum cleaner on
wet floors.

Operation with cleaning tank
Assemble the cleaning tank with 2 supports to the handle.

insert cleaning tank into the lower support
turn cleaning tank at the top against the handle and fasten
the thumb screws.
Assembly is made easier by folding the handle backwards.
Connect the chain (1) on top of the tank with lever (2). Connect
the tube (3) of the tank with the opening on the left side of the
machine. By pulling lever (2), detergent liquid pours onto the
cleaning discs or brushes.
For cleaning works with the grinding machine, you need a
mounting disc for pads, pads and brushes as described in
Chapter 7.
