shell.

or push back to the preferred recline position (45).
HEADREST AND SAFETY HARNESS ADJUSTMENT
WARNING! A CORRECTLY ADJUSTED HARNESS IS
ESSENTIAL FOR YOUR CHILD'S PROTECTION. THERE
SHOULD NOT BE MORE THAN A FINGERS WIDTH BETWEEN
THE HARNESS AND YOUR CHILD.
Your car seat is fitted with a movable headrest which also adjusts
the height of the harness. The headrest has seven positions (40).
The child's head should sit directly in the middle of the headrest
and the sides of the headrest should sit just above the child's
shoulders (41).
To adjust the height of the headrest firstly open the harness
buckle by pressing the red button in the centre of the buckle (39)
locate the harness adjustment lever (M) which is located behind
the seat cover in-between the harness straps (39). Pull this lever
towards you and move the headrest up or
down to the appropriate height and release.
Try to move the headrest to check it is locked in position.
HARNESS TENSION AND ADJUSTMENT
Loosen the Harness: Press on the Harness Adjustment Button (L)
positioned near the front of the car seat, and pull on the two
shoulder straps simultaneously (38).
Tighten the Harness: Pull firmly on the Harness Adjustment Strap
(O) at the front of the car seat; it is not necessary to press on the
Adjustment Button (44).
