Installation instructions:
Remove the flap from the bumper and the spare wheel.
1.)
2.) Insert the two M12 square nuts into the available retainers in the vehicle and bend the safety
plates up 90°.
3.) Insert the two joints „3" through the available openings in the floor panel and position at „a".
Hold the towing bracket „1" under the vehicle.
4.)
Attach it loosely to the vehicle at positions „a" using the M12x40 countersunk bolts and joints
„3" and at positions "b" using the M12x30 cheese-head bolts, 30x12,5x3 washers and M 12
square nuts.
Attach the towing bracket loosely at positions „c" and „d" using the M12x35 hexagon bolts, 13

mm washers and M12 hexagon nuts.
Align the towing bracket and tighten all the bolts to the specified tightening torque.
6.)
Tightening torque: for M12 at „a" and „b"
Replace the spare wheel and refit the flap in the bumper.
7.)

for M12 at „c" and „d"
65 Nm
95 Nm
