We thank you for choosing FITKRAFT product. To guarantee your safety and health, please
use this equipment correctly, Please read the information as below carefully before using
this equipment. Retain this manual for future reference.
1.
Once the products is assembled, please check if all hardware parts like bolts, nuts and
washers are positioned and secured firmly.
2.
Before starting to exercise, consult with your doctor first to establish the exercise
frequency, time and intensity appropriate for your age and body condition
3.
Stop exercising immediately in case of nausea, short breath, faint, headache, pain,
tightness in your chest or any discomfort.
4.
Please keep children away from the bike while it is in use, do not allow children to use
the bike. This bike is designed for adults, not children.
5.
Ensure the installation base is levelled and stable. Please make sure there is 0,5 m free
space around the machine (see picture below – solid circle indicates the radius of
training area) and at least 0,6 m of free space on each side of the machine (see picture
below – dashed line indicates an additional free space).

Sit up bench weight: 13 kg; Footprint area: length: 158cm; width: 56cm

Please check if the seat post, seat slider, pedals and handlebar are fixed firmly before
using the equipment.
8.
Be careful while using the machine. Please stop exercising immediately, if you find any
unusual problems or sounds while assembling or using the product.
9.
The maximum weight capacity of this machine is 110kg. Person whose body weight
exceeds this limit should not use this product. Maximum weight of handlebar: 100kg;
maximum weight for legs training: 50kg.
