4. To move the fence, raise the clamp and slide the fence to the desired location. Lower the clamp to
lock the fence in position.
Mounting the Saw to Work Surface (FIG 4)
If the saw is to be used in a permanent location, it must be secured to a supporting surface such
as a work bench. Secure the saw to a suitable work surface by inserting the appropriate mounting
hardware through the four pre-drilled holes in the base of the saw.

Opening and Closing the Cover Door (FIG 5)
1. Gently pull each latch (1) outwards to open the door.
2. To close the cover, hook the latch (1) to the bracket and push the latch into the recess.

from the power source before adjusting, adding accessories, or checking a
function on the tool.
Replacing the Blade (FIG 6)
WArning:
It is possible to replace the blade with the table in place, however, it may be easier to remove the
table before replacing the blade.
1. Pull on the upper and lower door latches (2) to open the
wheel cover door (1)
2. Loosen the upper blade guide (3) and position it at a
distance that is halfway between the head and the table.
Tighten the lock knob.
3. Loosen the two blade guard mounting set screws (4)
with the Allen key and slide the blade guard (5) off.
4. Remove the table aligning screw (6) from the table.
5. Loosen the blade tension knob to lower the upper wheel.
Remove the old blade. Slide the new blade through the
table slot (7) with the teeth pointing forward and down.
6. Center the new blade on the upper and lower wheels (8).
7. Rotate the upper wheel clockwise slowly to help guide
the blade onto the wheels. Tighten the blade tension
knob.
8. Make sure the blade is centered on the upper and lower
wheels, and it moves freely through the blade guides.
9. The blade must be adjusted properly before operating
the saw:

Always be sure that the tool is switched off and unplugged
Blade teeth are sharp. Be careful when handling the blade.
