Click on the [Personal] tab, then
type "PCS-5000" in the column of
[First Name].

Click on the [Personal] tab, then
type "PCS-4100" in the column of
[First Name].
When using PCS-4100P

type "PCS-4100P" in the column

Click on the [Personal] tab, then
type "PCS-4000" in the column of
[First Name].
When using PCS-4000P
Click on the [Personal] tab, then

Click on the [Modem] tab.
The [Modem] dialog box appears.

Type "NULL" in the column of
[Data Line 1: Number].

Click on [OK].

Select [Communication Setup]
from the [Conference] menu.
The following screen appears.

Click on the [Use Modem]
check box, then, on the [Setup]
button.
The [Setup] dialog box appears.

Set up the bit rate.
• Set the bit rate to 9600 or
38400 according to your T. 120
rate.
• Check that [Stop Bits] is set to
[One] and [Parity] is set to
[None].

Set [Flow Control] to
[Hardware] in [Advanced
Option].

Click on [OK].

The setting is complete, and the
