Installation
1. (Exhaustair mode) prepare suitable
exhaust-air conduction in the ceiling.
2. Determine the control side of the hood;
the control panel is on this side.
3. To obtain Optimum extraction capacity,
centre the extractor hood over the hotplate
(use a plumb) and mark the centre point of
the tower on the ceiling.
4. Mark the positions for the fixing holes with
the aid of the template.
5. Determine dimension (X - Y); X = distance
between the cooking surface and the
ceiling, Y = distance between the cooking
surface and hood.
6. Drill four holes (10 mm) and insert wall
plugs flush with the wall.
7. Screw wood-to-metal dowel screws into
the wall plugs, leaving them projecting
by20mm.
8. Guide the exhaust-air hose (exhaustair
mode) and connection cable down from
the ceiling. Exhaustair hose should be
approx. 10 cm longer than the upper
tower.
9. Mark the positions for four holes on the
upper tower with the aid of dimension (X
- Y).
Use stickon tape measure. Drill holes (6 mm).
