Before you start

Assembly

Read the operator's manual carefully to ensure that you assemble the product correctly.
Using a product that has been incorrectly assembled could lead to an accident or serious injury.
Assembly of the handle
Install the handle so that it does not hide any of the safety decals.
1. Cushion

2. Square nut
3. Barrier bar
4. Bolt
1. Arrow point

Before you start
Loop handle version
1. Install the cushion into the handle as shown, fitting the tabs
into the corresponding holes on the handle.
NOTE
Keep handle forward of handle positioning label!
2. Insert the barrier bar into the clamp on the outer tube, mak-
ing sure the hole of the clamp is visible through the cutout on
the barrier bar.
3. Position the handle forward of the Handle positioning label
at the best position for operator comfort. Push down hard to
pop handle housing over outer tube.
4. Install square nut in handle and use bolt to fasten and tight-
en against handle.
IMPORTANT
Make sure the arrow on the handle point towards gear case.
