• Check the gearbox oil at regular intervals and top-up when necessary. Make sure the oil is at the centre of the
sight glass. To fi nd out what grade of oil should be used in the gearbox, please contact the Paclite Equipment
Warranty Department on +33 (0) 1 4981 6955.
• Grease Spider Arm Assembly prior to storage and at regular intervals.

Trouble shooting

Possible Causes
1. No fuel
2. Engine switched off

Countermeasures
1. Open fuel cap, fi ll fuel tank
2. Switch engine on
3. Clean & reset plug gap
4. Close choke
5. Open choke, fully open throttle & pull recoil starter
until engine fi res.
Reconnect wire
When the machine has a
rolling motion, check the main shaft of the gearbox for
any abnormalities.
Check spider plate
If one is bent, replace it.
1. Check the trowel arms andensure all arms are
adjusted equally.
2. Blades should be of the same dimensions and
designed to fi t the machine.
3. Excessively worn blades should not be used.
