Troubleshooting
Please contact AMIBOT technical department in the following
cases:

If the appliance has been dropped, damaged or come into
contact with water.
•
If the power cable is damaged.
•
If the battery is defective.

Description and solution
The robot is not on the floor. Place the robot on the floor
and press the power button again.
The robot is not ready to start a cycle. Check that the front
bumper is not blocked and the sensors are clean.
The robot's battery is flat. Manually charge the robot or
put the robot on its home base.
