Useful information
Foreign metal objects will cause rust spots in the drum.
Clean stains on the surface of the drum with a stainless steel
cleaner.
Never use steel wool or iron wool. These materials can
damage painted, chrome and plastic surfaces.
Cleaning the body of the unit and the control panel
Clean the washing machine unit with soapy water or mild,
non-corrosive gel detergent, if needed, and dry with a soft
cloth.
Use only a soft, damp cloth to clean the control panel.
Cleaning the water inlet filters
A filter is located at the end of each water inlet valve, located
on the back of the machine and at the end of each water
inlet hose connected to the tap. These filters prevent foreign
bodies and dirt in the water from entering the washing
machine. The filters should be cleaned when they become
dirty.
1. Turn off the taps.

2. Remove the nuts from the water inlet hoses to access the
filters on the water inlet valves. Clean them with a suitable
brush. If the filters are very dirty, remove them with pliers
and clean them.
3. Remove the filters from the flat ends of the water inlet
hoses and the seals and clean them thoroughly with tap
water.
4. Carefully replace the seals and filters and tighten the nuts
by hand.
Removing the remaining water and cleaning the pump
filter
Your machine's filtration system prevents solids such as
buttons, coins, and fabric fibres from clogging the pump
impeller as the washing water drains. This ensures that the
water is drained off without any problems and extends the
life span of the pump.
If your machine does not drain the water, this means the
pump filter is clogged. The filter should be cleaned whenever
it becomes clogged or every 3 months. The water must be
drained first to clean the pump filter.
Before transporting the machine (e.g. moving it from one
house to another) or in case of the water freezing, it may be
necessary to drain the water completely.
