Presentation
You have just purchased a quartz technology oven. You are now going to be able cook to
the same characteristics as if you were using a wood ember barbecue.
Infrared cooking
In quartz ovens, the heat is transmitted t the food by radiation, just in the same way as
embers transmit heat to the food to be cooked.
This cooking method is odorless, smokeless, does not caramelize, does not cook fats or
destroy vitamins and hormones (destroyed above 100°C) and does not less the weight of the
foods being cooked.
However, for optimum cooking, the radiation-transmitting source must be at a high enough
temperature to obtain optimum penetration into the foods to be cooked and obtain the best
overall cooking results.
Incandescent embers reach a temperature of around 1000°C and emit infrared radiation of a
waveiength must appropriate to cooking. Our ovens reconstitute the wavelength of embers
because their quartz tubes are brought to a temperature of 1050°C.

traditional coking task (grills, meat, fish, pastry, soufflés).
The oven also has:
-
2 quartz tubes for grills
-
1 base heating element for pastry-making
-
1 spit
The control panel features:
-
1 multi-function selector
-
1 thermostat with positions ranging from 0 to 250°C
-

A few safety instructions
Connection
- Make sure the voltage of your system corresponds it the voltage indicated on the oven
nameplate.
- Connect your oven to a properly grounded power outlet
- If the distance between your oven and the power outlet needs an extender, make sure it is
in good condition and check its characteristics (ground connection and section suitable for
10 amperes current).
- Pay out the full length of the cord before use.
- Take care not to damage your cord on sharp edges or jam it in the oven door.
- Do not use oven if the cord is damaged.
- Make sure the cord is not in contact with any hot areas of the oven
