PROBLEM
The motor runs very slowly
or does not work when
connected to electricity.
The motor stops suddenly
after running.
CAUSA
a. Insufficient voltage in the
network.
b. Wiring error.
c. Excess load.
d. Incorrect installation.
Motor has run for more than 4
minutes in a row.
SOLUTION
a. Check the mains voltage.
It must match the one
indicated on the motor
plate.
b. Check wiring and circuit
connections.
c. Check the torque of the
motor with respect to the
load to be lifted.
d. Reinstall the motor.
The motor will
automatically restart after
a 20 minute cool down
period.
