Software update
To ensure that your product has the latest features and
updates, automatic system software updates are enabled by
default. This setting is recommended, but you can change
it in the UPDATE PRODUCT SOFTWARE menu using the
BeoSetup App. During a software update, the product
indicator blinks red, and the connected speakers are disabled.
Do not disconnect the device from the mains supply. A stable
Internet connection with a strong wireless network signal is
required.
Log information
To help us improve the range of available products and
services we offer you, we may request certain information
from your product about its performance and usage. All such
information is anonymous; however, you can disable this
function at any time in the STATUS menu on the BeoSetup
App.
