1. Assemble the feet (3) under the frame using bolts (7) and nuts (8).
2. Assemble the axle and wheels by placing the axle (2) in the hole of the frame, in the washer (9)
and the wheels (1) and secure it with the cotter pin (10).
3. Assemble the handle bracket (4) to the frame with a bolt (6) and a nut (8).
4. Assemble the handle (5) by securing it to the bracket with a bolt (6) and a nut (8).
