6.6. Making the first seal

To make the first seal move the film, as shown in the figure.
Rotate the selector (S2) to "MAN." position and press the
start button (S1).
The machine will automatically start operating, and the first
sealing will be performed on the film's left side.
With the right hand detach the film from the sealing blade.

6.7. Film binding on rewinder

Carry out a number of cycles sufficient to make a strip of
scrap film.
Guide this film strip around the transmission roll (9) and the
driving roll (10) and bind it to the rewinder (11).
The machine is now ready to start the packaging.

6.8. Introducing the object to be wrapped

Lift the film edge on the packaging plate with your left hand.
Introduce the product with your right hand in the film and
move if to the left until it settles on the conveyor belt leaving
about 1-2cm space between the product and the outer edge
of the sealing frame.

6.9. Packaging

Press the start button (S1).
The sealing frame automatically lowers to perform the cut
and seal of the film.
The product inside a soft back (figure A), enters the
retraction tunnel where the hot air circulation helps film
shrinking.
The packaged product, at tunnel outfeed, is packed in a bag
that perfectly adheres to its shape (figure B).
