TROUBLESHOOTING
Release the pressure, switch off the high-pressure washer and pull out the plug before cleaning
and/or maintenance. Refer to the troubleshooting chart below in the event of any problems.
The inspection and repair of electrical components must only be carried out by qualified personnel.
Contact your dealer if you have any problems or questions.
Problem
The high-pressure washer
will not start.
The pressure fluctuates.
The high-pressure washer
stops.
Pulsating flow.
The high-pressure washer
starts, but no water comes
out.

Cause
The plug is not plugged in.
The mains outlet is not supplied with
voltage.
The fuse has tripped.
The extension cord is defective.
The pump sucks air.
The valves are clogged, worn or have
stuck.
The pump seals are worn.
Incorrect mains voltage.
The overheating protection has
tripped.
The nozzle is partially blocked.
Air in the inlet hose.
The water supply is inadequate.
The nozzle/water filter is partially
blocked.
The hose is bent or clenched.
The pump, hoses and/or accessories
are frozen.
No water supply.
The nozzle/water filter is blocked.
Action
Plug in the plug.
Try another mains outlet.
Switch off any other appliances
connected to the same circuit, and
replace the fuse.
Try without using an extension cord.
Check that hoses and connections are
airtight.
Clean and replace, or contact your
dealer.
Clean and replace, or contact your
dealer.
Check that the mains voltage
corresponds to the rated voltage on
the type plate.
Allow the high-pressure washer to cool
for 5 minutes.
Clean the nozzle.
Press the trigger and allow water to
run out until the normal operating
pressure is restored.
Check that the water's inlet pressure is
adequate.
Clean the nozzle/water filter.
Straighten out the hose.
Allow the pump, hoses and/or
accessories to thaw out.
Connect the water supply.
Clean the nozzle/water filter.
