ATTENTION!
■ The double blade is very sharp! Please take care when using the device in order
to prevent cut injuries!
■ Risk of injury due to rotating device parts! Keep clothing, jewellery, hair, hands
and other body parts away from the device so there is no risk of catching yourself
or anything
■ Danger of burns! Be careful when puréeing / chopping hot food. Allow hot food to
cool down a little before using the device in order to avoid burns.
■ Fruit may only be chopped up if the core / pips have been removed!
■ Danger of overheating! With hard foodstuffs, e. g. raw vegetables, or very large
quantities of food, do not use the device for longer than one minute without stopping.
Then let the device cool down for four minutes before you use it again.
To prevent accidental splashing, always place the blending attachment into the
bowl containing food fi rst before you switch on the device.
1. Pour the food which is to be chopped up or blended into a bowl or the measuring and
mixing cup which is supplied with the device.
2. Place the blending attachment onto the motor unit in such a way that the arrow
marked on the motor unit is opposite the opened lock symbol.
3. Turn the motor unit in the direction of the closed lock symbol until the blending
attachment locks in place and the arrow marked on the motor unit is opposite the
closed lock symbol.
4. Connect the device to a properly installed and easily accessible mains socket.
6. Move the device in a circular motion inside the bowl until everything has been
chopped up or blended to your satisfaction.
7. Remove the mains plug from the socket after use.

5. You can choose from two different speed settings:
– Hold down the on / off switch for setting I for a low speed.
– Hold down the on / off switch for setting II for a higher
speed.
The device keeps running if you are holding down one of
the on / off switches. If you let go of the on / off switch, the
device stops.
With the aid of the speed controller, you can also infi nitely
control the speed of the two speed settings.
