TROUBLESHOOTING
Use the inspections in the table below if the tool does not operate normally. If this does not remedy the problem, consult
your dealer or the HiKOKI Authorized Service Center.

The battery has run out of power.

Remedy
Recharge the battery with the
recharger.
Remove the battery and check to see
if foreign matter exists in the nailer's
battery insertion bed. Also check to
make sure that the battery terminals
are not soiled.
Press down on the battery until it clicks
into place.
Remove whatever caused the
overload.
(Jammed nail, dirt or other foreign
objects that have collected around the
blade guide and driver blade)
Allow the battery and main unit to fully
cool down.
Contact your dealer or the HiKOKI
Authorized Service Center.
There are cases in which hard materials
cannot be nailed correctly.
Press the discharge outlet fi rmly
against the object to be nailed.
Contact your dealer or the HiKOKI
Authorized Service Center.
Remove any dirt or foreign objects
around the switch arm and apply a
drop of machine oil.
Remove any jammed nails, dirt or other
foreign objects.
Contact your dealer or the HiKOKI
Authorized Service Center.
Remove any dirt or foreign objects that
have collected in the guide groove of
the nail feeder.
