• In case of the 4‐channel CHLS16C, you will have to set the start address of
the first unit to 1 (CH1~4), the second unit to 5 (1 + 4) (CH5~9), the third to
9 (5+4) (CH10~14), and so on.
Note: CH1 = red, CH2 = green, CH3 = blue, CH4 = white
• Set switch number 10 of the DIP switch [10] to ON (up) to select DMX512
mode.
• Set the start address on the other nine DIP switches [10].

6. Operation
• Make sure all connections are properly made and switch on the power.
• When using DMX control, make sure the first switches of the DIP switch
[10] are set to the correct DMX address and the last switch is set to ON. No
further user intervention is required.
• When using the controller stand‐alone, make sure the last switch of the
DIP switch [10] is set to OFF. The rest of the switches have no meaning.
• Aim the remote control IR LED [A] towards the IR LED [3].
• Press the ON button [B] to switch the LED strip on.
• Press the pre‐programmed buttons [G] multiple times to scroll through the
desired effect (see table below).

• Use the mode up/down buttons [D] to scroll through all available pre‐
programmed modes (see table above).
• Use the speed up/down buttons [E] to increase/decrease effect speed in
gradual changing or step changing mode.
• Adjust the output brightness with the BRIGHT button [F]. Only available in
