Install drain hose
Thread the drain hose (not included) onto the drain fitting on the
air conditioner. Insert the other end of the drain hose into a floor
drain or other suitable drain.
Dehumidifier Drain Pump (optional)
The dehumidifier drain pump system allows drainage in areas
where no floor drain is available. The pump will pump water
vertically up to 16 ft. (5 m), allowing drainage to a sink or out a
window opening.

Attaching drain pump hose
Insert the drain pump hose fitting into the drain pump connector
on the back of the air conditoner.
Press in on fitting until it snaps into position.
Removing the drain pump hose:
Turn the knob on the hose fitting clockwise 45 degrees to unlock.
The connector will pop out. Then pull straight out on the fitting to
remove the hose.

Connect to drain
Place the other end of the drain pump hose in an above-ground
drain such as a laundry tub or kitchen sink. Secure the drain end
of the hose in place with a zip tie (not included) to reduce the risk
of spills.
You may also remove the drain cap in the window slider panel
and inset the hose through the slider panel to drain outside.
Be sure there are no kinks in the hose.
Electrical Connection

Plug into grounded 3-prong outlet
Plug into a grounded 3-prong outlet.
Press the RESET button on the power supply cord.
