2. Operating mode
New electronics means minimal power consumption. The device emits high-frequency
sounds lasting 5 seconds at 50-second intervals. These sounds that are hardly percep-
tible to the human ear keep the martens away from the vehicle and rooms. It protects
cables, wires and other rubber parts from marten bites. Please be aware that the ap-
pliance will possibly start in pause mode and will then switch into power mode. There
is no technical fault.
Attention! If you want to use the Marten-/Mouse-Free Mobile in your car,
please note that it must be dismantled prior to the car being washed!
Notice: If a vehicle or rooms have already been visited by martens and mice, the ani-
mals have most probably left their territorial markings. These odours must be removed
prior to the installation of the marten-free device (in a vehicle preferably by driving
through a car wash).
