Volume control (4) and remote control (11)
This control is used to set the bass volume according to your preferences. Proceed as follows:
1. The controller (4) and the – and + buttons on the remote control (11) can be used independently
of one another to adjust the volume of the subwoofer.
2. Important: Set the level control to its left stop (lowest volume).
3. Now, play back some music and set the volume control of the receiver to the desired level.
4. Set the subwoofer level control to the desired bass level.
The volume can be set between 0–40 (via the volume controller at the rear
and/or via the +/– volume buttons on the remote control).
Cross-over frequency control (5)
Used to set the upper limit of the subwoofer operating range. The cross-over frequency should be
set to 50 to 150 Hz when the system is used in combination with shelf loudspeakers or 50 to 100 Hz
when used with stand loudspeakers.
Setting range: 50 – 150 Hz.
Bass Extension control (6)
The level of the lower bass range (approx. 28 Hz) can be increased by 0 – 8 dB by using this
controller.
It is therefore easy to adapt the deep bass range to the setup of the room, as well as to your own
personal taste.
