LUBRICATION
TYPE OF LUBRICANT
Engine - see engine manual.
Machine - use only ESSO UNIFARM 15-40 X
oil and ESSO MULTIPURPOSE grease.
1) ENGINE
Each day - check level and top up if
necessary.
Oil replacement - to be carried out
according to intervals and methods set
out by the engine manufacturer.
2) GEARBOX
(capacity 1,7 kg)
Every 20 hours - check level and top up if
necessary.
Every 500 hours - replace oil.
OIL REPLACEMENT (Fig. 17)
GEAR BOX
Oil must be replaced when hot, by
unscrewing fi llcap A and fi llcap B equipped
with an oil dipstick. When oil is completely
drained, replace cap A and fi ll up with new
oil through hole B (1,7 Kg). Check level by
using dipstick on cap B.
This operation is to be done with machine
in horizontal position.
TYRE PRESSURE
Often check that tyre pressure be within
the limits of 1-1,2 bar (kg/cm

3) POWER TAKE-OFF FOR IMPLEMENTS
Before attaching Implements, fi ll up with
Multipurpose grease
CLUTCH - Check the idle stroke of the
clutch lever regularly. This should be
approximately 6mm.
- In order to change adjustment, loosen
nut A (Fig. 18A)
- Set stroke to about 5mm by screwing or
unscrewing adjuster B.
- Lock nut A again.
POWER TAKE-OFF CONTROL LEVER
Periodically check that the idle stroke of
lever 7 be approximately of 6mm. To change
adjustment, loosen nut D (Fig. 18) and screw
