Installation & Notice
1. Install the smoke detector in a suitable
position under the ceiling.
2. Avoid installa- tions where smoke, dense
fog, or other vapors can cause an alarm.
3. Avoid installing in a location where there
is strong draft (> = 5km / h).
4. Check regularly the operation of the
device. Press the test button on the front
of the unit.
5. Clean the air inlet holes of the sensor
regularly. Before cleaning, remove
the battery from the device to prevent
a possible false alarm. Connect the
battery immediately afterwards and
insert it.
6. Do not attempt to repair the unit
yourself if it is defective. Please contact
your competent specialist partner.
7. The smoke alarm warns you when you
recognize smoke or smoke or something
similar. However, it can only warn locally
and does not provide a 100% guarantee
for life and limb. For your own safety,
treat the device with care and avoid the
emergence of dangerous situations.

Correct location for installation
The radio signal of the sensor is strongly
dependent on the ambient conditions. Metal
objects, concrete ceilings, walls, metallic
cables, reduce the range, etc. Interference can
also occur through other radio transmitters
and environmental influences.
IMPORTANT: The detector can only
function as well as the installation and
environment allow. The detector can
indicate the danger situation but do not
avoid it.
The device must not be painted, varnished
or altered in any way.
