Special cooking function

The special cooking function guarantees a satisfactory temperature to clean your teppan yaki
(see Maintenance and cleaning chapter), to cook your fish or your meat
Each zone has its own special cooking function.
It is also possible to combine 2 cooking zones (bridge function), then to activate the clean
function.
• Start up/stop the clean function:
Action
Activate the clean temperature
Activate the temperature
to cook fish
Activate the temperature
to cook meat
When the temperature is reached, the display becomes fixed.
Stop the function

Operating time limitation

The hob has a limited time of operating. The duration of use from each cooking zone depends
on the selected power level.
The indicated times correspond to an operating time without interruptions or settings changing
on the cooking zone.
When the limit of time is reached, the cooking zone stops automatically
