Function of the transmitter
Plug the transmitter into a conve-
nient mains socket and connect the
cables according to the drawing.
Picture:
microphone cable 5 m or 10 m for
the acoustic telephone and door bell
connection.

Telephone connection -
acoustic
Plug the microphone cable into the
respective socket at the universal-
lisa. Lay the cable to the telephone.
Peel off the paper circle on the
microphone to reveal the sticky ring
beneath. Attach the microphone to
the area of the telephone where the
ringer is situated. Adjust the volume
of the ringer so that the transmitter
reacts to the ringing.
Note: If the telephone handset is
replaced too harshly it may activate
the telephone transmitter.

Telephone connection -

Plug the end of the cable with the
transparent clip-in connector (6-pin
plug) into the respective socket at
the universal-lisa. Plug the other
end into the telephone socket.
Note: Only use the supplied tele-
phone cable otherwise correct ope-
ration can not be guaranteed.
Connection of alarm contacts
Plug the chosen alarm accessory
into the respective socket at the
universal-lisa.
Note The connection socket for
alarm contacts is designed for nor-
mally open contacts (contact closed
when alarm).

Doorbell connection -

Plug the 2.5 mm jack plug of the
doorbell cable into the respective
socket at the universal-lisa. Lay the
cable to the bell push or door chime.
Connect both wires to the screw
contacts of the bell push or door
chime.
