V – CARE AND MAINTENANCE
Important : always unplug your wine dispenser before cleaning of performing maintenance.
Never use harsh cleansers or scouring pads to clean any part of the wine dispenser.
The cleaning operation of the device must be carried out strictly following the instructions, the quality
of the tasting may be reduced.
Tubes should be cleaned in the following situations:
• Product used for the first time,
• Different wines used in the bottle-dispenser connection
• Wine tube inactive for more than 24 hours
• Regular maintenance (to be carried out every month even if the type of wine tasted remains the
same)
Cleaning
•
Load 750 ml of lukewarm water at 40 degrees into a clean, empty wine bottle.
•
Connect the bottle to the bottle-dispenser connection which must be cleaned.
•
Place a container under the wine outlet
•
Start a wine dispensing cycle until the bottle of cleaning solution is empty.
•
Repeat the above operations 1 to 2 times on the same set of bottle caps with the same
cleaning solution.
