5. Connect the other end of the vacuum hose to the atta-
ched vacuum seal or the valve of the vacuum container
and hold it in place during the vacuuming process. Do
not vacuum bottles and vacuum containers with carbo-
nated contents.
6. Press the rotary knob.
– The vacuuming process starts. The pressure in the
bottle or vacuum container is shown in the display.
– When the optimum vacuum is reached, the machine
stops automatically.
7. When no more bottles or vacuum containers are being
vacuumed, clean the machine and switch it off.

To aerate the bottle, bend the valve in the bottle cap.
