Adjustable The time is increased by turning the knob clockwise and
sealing time decreased by turning it anticlockwise. When you have
(continuation) finished setting the desired time, please press the rotary
knob to confirm the time. As a rule, the thicker the vacuum
bag, the more time you need.
Adjustable When the rotary knob stops at this symbol, you can set the
vacuum desired vacuum by pressing the rotary knob. For vacuu-
ming the products, values from 40% to 100% can be set
individually. The vacuuming process starts as soon as you
close the cover. A "BEEP" sound is heard when the process
is complete, indicating that the vacuuming process has
been successfully completed.
External This function allows vacuum containers or bottles with a
vacuum vacuum seal to be vacuumed via the vacuum hose.
Marinating This function can be used to accelerate the penetration of
the marinade into a food product. The marinating time can
be freely selected and set between 9 and 99 minutes.
Low vacuum This function can be used to vacuum soft and pressure-
sensitive products, such as cooked pasta, pastries and
fruits. The vacuum is preset to 30% and cannot be changed.
Maximum This function can be used to vacuum seal solid and less
vacuum pressure-sensitive products, e.g. meat, sausage and root
vegetables. The vacuum is preset to 95% and cannot be
changed.
Favorites In this function, three preset programmes are available. The
stored value is shown in the display.
