Witter PG59U Instructions De Montage

MATERIALS
A 1 Main Crossbar.
C 2 Side arms.
D 2 Angle Brackets.
E 6 M10 x 35 x 1. 5 Bolts Lock washers and Nuts.
F 4 M10 x 35 x 1.5 Bolts Lock washers, Special cage Nuts and 30/OD Washers.
G 2 M10 x 35 x 1.25 Fine Pitch Bolts Lock washers, washers 20 O/D.
ZE 1 Electrical Plate.
ZN 1 Neck Option.
FITTING
1. No need to remove the bumper.
2. Undo 2 off Torx screws holding the bottom edge of the bumper, It may prove easier to fit if the plastic panels by the
wheel arches are loosened by undoing the plastic clips.
3. Peel off the tape covering the mounting holes in the sides of the chassis and the single mounting hole in the bottom of
the chassis, insert special cage nuts in sides of chassis as in pictures.
4. Loosely attach Side arms "C" with fixings "F" and also Parts "D" with fixings "G". and "E".
5. Insert Main Crossbar"A" inside bumper and attach to side arms "C" using remaining fixings "E".
6. Fit Neck.
7. Fully tighten all fixings to the correct torque settings.
Recommended torque settings: Grade 8.8 bolts: M8 - 24Nm, M10 - 52 Nm, M12 - 80 Nm, M14 - 130 Nm, M16 - 200
Nm Grade 10.9: M12 – 120Nm, M10 – 70Nm M8- 35Nm
