Manufacturing year and month

The manufacturing year and month of this product is indicated as follows in the serial
number of the rating label on the product.
Example:
T 9 A E 0 0 0 0 0 1
Manufacturing month: A=January, B=February, ... L=December
Manufacturing year: 9=2019, 0=2020, 1=2021, ...
