onnecting circuit of the solenoid valves
The solenoid valves should be connected to the
terminals of the electronic board as indicated in
Fig. 9. Use a 12Vdc solenoid valve with a maximum
absorption of 8W. Use cables with a cross section
of 1.5 – 2.5 mm
2
. A cross section of 1.5 mm
suffice if the length of the solenoid valve's
connecting cables is less than 20 m.

Connections with the warning notice
function
If the CTx is configured to have the warning notice
function, the even numbered outputs should be
used for the warning notice of the preceding odd
numbered outputs. The connection diagram is
indicated in Fig. 10.

Start/Pause buttons
Fig. 9 and Fig. 10 show the typical diagram for
connecting the Start/Pause buttons. The buttons to
be used should be normally open. If you do not
wish to use the buttons, simply do not connect
them.

NSTALLATION OF THE SOLENOID VALVE AND
FILTER
For mounting (Fig. 11) follow the instructions
below:
2
will
When mounting the solenoid valve and the filter
•
pay attention to the arrow found on each of
them, which indicates the direction of water flow.
The filter should be installed before the solenoid
•
valve in order to prevent impurities from
reaching the valve.
The solenoid valve can function in any position
•
however it is advised to point the coil facing
upwards in order to prevent impurities from
accumulating.
Install the filter horizontally and with the filter
•
holder facing downwards in order to facilitate
•
the depositing of impurities at the bottom.
In order to function properly, the solenoid valve
•
needs a difference of pressure between the
entrance and exit of water of at least 0.3 bar.
This is ensured if the solenoid valve is inserted
in the shower spout or near to it.
