4.7 Troubleshooting

Error / Malfunction
The compressor is switched on
but not functioning.
The fuse on the unit and the auto-
motive plug are intact but the unit
isn't functioning.
The compressor is overheated.
The compressor loses pressure
and does not build enough air
pressure.
The above table on troubleshooting and possible
causes and their repair does not indicate all
possible errors.
Possible causes
The operating switch

activated.
When switching on the operating
switch the manometer light
doesn't light up.
The unit's 15 A fuse inside the
automotive plug is defective.
The unit is defective.
The compressor operating time
exceeded 10 minutes.
An object is covering or clogging
the unit's vents or suction valve.
The compressed air hose or the
compressor is leaking or
damaged.
The valve adapter or the auto-
motive valve connector is not
attached correctly.
If you are unable to resolve the malfunction with
the actions described, please consult a qualified
professional.

Activate the unit's operating
switch

Check the contact between the
unit's vehicle plug and the
vehicle receptacle.
Replace the unit's defective 15 A
fuse with a new fuse.
Please consult a qualified
professional.
Allow the unit to cool down for
10 minutes and maintain the
max. operating cycle of 10
minutes of operation and 10
minutes of cool down.
Remove the object from the
unit's vents or clean the vents.
Please consult a qualified
professional.
Verify the valve adapter is
correctly attached to the auto-
motive valve connector and in the
item's valve. Verify the auto-
motive valve connector is correct-
ly seated on the tyre valve.
