Guarantee

• For the charger, we pro-
vide a 24 month war-
ranty. For the battery,
we provide a 6 month
warranty. Commercial
use will invalidate the
guarantee.
• Damages, which can
be attributed to nat-
ural wear, overloading
or inappropriate use,
are excluded from the
guarantee. Certain
component parts are
subject to a normal
wear and are excluded
from the guarantee.
• Furthermore, the pre-
requisite for guarantee
services is that the
references indicated in
the operating instruc-
tions regarding clean-
ing and maintenance
have been adhered to.
• Repair or replacement
of the product will not
start a new warranty
period.
• Damage, which has
been caused from ma-
terial or manufacturing
faults, will be made
good free of charge, by
replacement delivery
or repair.
This requires that the
appliance is returned
to the merchant undis-
mantled and with proof
of purchase and guar-
antee.
