1. Stand Axel up on flat surface. With the face of the Wheel facing away from
the Axel, insert Axel through Wheel. Using a hammer or small mallet tap one
Axel Cap onto one end of Axel.
Repeat process for second Axel.
1. Placez l'essieu debout sur une surface plane. En veillant à ce que la
face de la roue soit dirigée vers l'extérieur et non pas vers l'essieu, insérez
l'essieu dans la roue. Utilisez un marteau ou un petit maillet et tapez légère-
ment sur le capuchon de l'essieu situé au bout de l'essieu.
Répétez l'opération pour le deuxième essieu.
Coloque el Eje en posición vertical sobre una superficie plana. Con la cara de
la Rueda mirando en dirección opuesta al Eje, introduzca el Eje a través de la
Rueda. Usando un martillo o un mazo pequeño, coloque, golpeando suave-
mente, una Tapa del Eje en un extremo del Eje.
Repita este proceso con el segundo Eje.

If the connection appears loose, hold the in-tube at the side of the unit with your left hand and the base of the out-tube with your right hand, then push the parts together until you hear them snap.
