MATERIALS
A 1 Main Crossbar
B 1 Safety Electrical Plate Bracket
Z99 1 Flip up Electrical Plate Kit
X 4 Existing M12 Nuts (M12 – 120Nm)
FITTING
To remove bumper open boot and remove plastic trim on inside of lights. Remove 2 nuts on each light, and unclip wiring

loom. Pull lights rearward and store. This will expose 1 screw at the top of bumper, remove.
2. Remove wheel arch trim and remove screw for wheel arch liner and one screw under arch.
On underside of bumper remove 4 nuts and 2 screws each side of wheel arch trim

Remove bumper reflectors by sliding to the centre of vehicle, to expose 1 screw fixing behind the reflector.

Carefully slide bumper rearwards and disconnect reverse sensors

Remove & retain crash beam and 2 nuts either side. Crash beam must be refitted over Main Crossbar.

Keep gaskets in place and fit Main crossbar (A) to vehicle using existing crash beam mountings. Refit main crash

beam over crossbar (A) using original nuts (liquid thread lock recommended). Tighten crash beam and main crossbar
to vehicle.
8. Cut bumper under tray using original marked area as a guide – if flip up is required to recess inside bumper an
additional cut will be required to the left hand side.
Re-attach bumper using original fixings. Refit sensors and refit bumper. Take care to ensure bumper locates between

clips on rear panel correctly otherwise bumper may be damaged when boot is shut.
Attach preferred neck (see separate fitting instruction) and Electrical Plate Angle (B) and fit flip up electrical

plate (Z99).
Recommended torque settings: Grade 8.8 bolts: M8 - 24Nm, M10 - 52 Nm, M12 - 80 Nm, M14 - 130 Nm, M16 - 200
Nm Grade 10.9: M12 – 120Nm, M10 – 70Nm M8- 35Nm
